Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the terms of use of the Hidemeleon VPN service (hereinafter — "Service") provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service — including launching the bot, registering, or making payments — the User confirms that they have read the Agreement and accept all its terms in full. If the User disagrees with the terms, they must stop using the Service.
2. Nature of Services and Digital Goods
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital products: informational materials, consultations, and digital goods.
2.2. The value of digital goods and services lies in their systematization, analysis, presentation format, support, and updates.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
3.1. Services are provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding the User's expectations, financial results, or uninterrupted operation.
3.2. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses, consequences of applying information, actions of third parties, or technical failures.
3.3. The User independently makes decisions and bears all associated risks.
4. Lawful Use
4.1. The Service does not encourage unlawful activity. The User must act within applicable law and bears personal responsibility for the legality of their actions.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All Service materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or transferring materials without the Administration's permission.
5.3. Violation of these terms may result in access being blocked without compensation.
6. Access Restrictions
6.1. The Administration may suspend User access for Agreement violations, detection of abuse, or at the request of law enforcement or payment systems.
6.2. Previously incurred obligations remain in effect. The Service reserves the right to refuse service to high-risk users.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1. Payment is made on the terms specified in the Service.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, refunds after access has been granted are not provided, except in cases where the service was not delivered due to technical reasons or access was not actually provided.
7.3. Refund requests must be submitted to support within 24 hours.
7.4. The User agrees not to initiate chargebacks through payment systems without first contacting support.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Service collects the minimum technical data necessary for operation.
8.2. Reasonable protection measures are applied, but absolute security is not guaranteed.
9. Changes to the Agreement
9.1. The Administration may change the terms of the Agreement; the current version is available in the Service.
9.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
